If you email us or book a call, we receive what you send: your name, email address, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to prepare for the call — nothing else.
This website uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and collects anonymous, aggregated page statistics. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
Automation work happens inside our clients’ own accounts and systems. Their business data stays in their tools; each automation touches only the data it needs to run. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, we do so under a data-processing agreement with that client.
Email correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation or client relationship is active, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to our processing. Email hello@tymless.se and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to IMY, the Swedish data protection authority.
