Figures are per hire — running a team of two or three in a role? Multiply it.
You keep, every year
€51,000
Automations take over the routine share of each role — usually the majority of it. No recruitment, no management, no notice periods.

Built on the platforms you already run
Most businesses know they’re losing time to manual work. The problem is what to do about it.
Smart people on your team spend hours every week copy-pasting between tools, chasing invoices, and re-typing the same data. That time has a salary attached to it — and it compounds every month you leave it alone.
A full-time automation engineer costs €85–110K a year, plus recruitment, management, and the risk they leave after eighteen months. For most businesses, the workload doesn’t justify a full-time seat.
Zapier experiments and ChatGPT scripts work until they don’t. Without monitoring, error handling, and documentation, they fail silently — and someone finds out weeks later.
How it works
We map your workflows, score every automation opportunity by ROI, and hand you a prioritized roadmap. It’s yours to keep whether or not we continue. If you sign a retainer within 14 days, the €2,500 counts toward your setup fee — you never pay for the same work twice.
We pick the highest-confidence quick win from your roadmap and ship it to production within 30 days of kickoff. Not a demo, not a prototype — live, monitored, documented.
Every month we build the next automation on your roadmap, keep everything already live monitored and maintained, and send a report showing exactly what ran, what broke, and what it saved you in euros.
Every month, in writing
What ran, what broke, and what it saved you — one page, plain language. It’s the same report we use to decide what gets built next, so it never drifts into marketing.
| Runs completed | 3,847 |
| Failures caught & fixed | 12 · none client-visible |
| Hours returned | ≈ 61 h |

Illustrative numbers — your report shows your runs, your hours, your euros.

For comparison: a full-time automation engineer costs €85–110K a year, plus recruitment, management, and the risk they leave. Scale delivers the outcome at €42K a year — with none of that.
Everything is built and runs in your systems. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you.
Your data never leaves your tools. Each automation touches only what it needs, under a data-processing agreement.
Built and supported from Sweden, in your timezone, under EU law.
Cancel after month three with 30 days’ notice — documentation included, good enough for whoever comes after us.
The 30-day guarantee
Not “up and running.” Not “almost there.” Live means running in your accounts, on real work, with monitoring attached — defined in writing before we start, so there’s nothing to argue about.
The call — 30 minutes, free. We talk about your business and where your team’s hours go. If automation isn’t worth it for you, we say so on the call. No pitch, no obligation.
The audit — €2,500, about two weeks. We map how work moves through your tools and hand you a plan: every automation worth building, in order of payoff. The plan is yours to keep, whatever you decide.
You decide. Continue within 14 days and the €2,500 comes straight off your setup fee. Or take the plan and walk away — no hard feelings.
Kickoff — week one. You pick a tier, we get access to your tools, and we start building the first automation from the plan: the one with the safest, fastest payoff.
First automation live — within 30 days. Guaranteed. If it isn’t live in production by day 30, your setup fee comes back.
Every month after. We build the next thing on the plan, keep everything already live monitored and maintained, and send you a one-page report: what ran, what broke, what it saved you.
And if you ever want out: after the first three months you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Everything we built stays yours.
You do. Everything is built in your accounts, and the automations and their configurations are your property. If we ever part ways, nothing disappears — you keep the systems and the documentation. TYMLESS retains rights only to its generic templates and methods.
Proven platforms — n8n, Make, Zapier — plus the APIs of the tools you already run your business on. Subscriptions stay in your name and at your cost; the audit includes an estimate of monthly tool spend so there are no surprises.
Our monitoring usually catches it before you do. Every automation reports its runs and errors to a central dashboard, and break-fix is covered by your tier’s SLA: response within 48 hours on Launch, 24 hours on Scale, same business day on Partner. Critical failures are resolved within two business days.
Three months, then month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. Billing is monthly in advance. An annual option — twelve months prepaid for the price of ten — is available once we’re working together.
A 12–18 page document, presented live: a map of your current tools and workflows with every manual touchpoint marked, a register of 12–20 automation opportunities scored by ROI, a recommended six-month roadmap, a detailed spec for your first automation, and tool cost notes. You keep all of it, whether or not we continue.
A 30-minute call. We’ll walk through your tools and workflows, and you’ll leave knowing whether there’s enough on the table to be worth automating — no pitch deck, no pressure.
